We are located at 105 S.W. Cary Parkway in the Medical and Professional office complex. We are located on the corner of the Cary Parkway and Kildaire Farm Road. Our office complex consists of two large three story buildings. We are on the second floor of the building farthest from the Cary Parkway/Kildaire Farm Road intersection.
Your First Visit
Our office is located at the Cary Medical Center, 105 SW Cary Parkway in Cary. Please check the directions on how to find us.
To make your first visit easier, you may want to fill out the Patient Information sheet and the Authorization to Release Information to a Health Care Provider at home. You can download these forms in PDF format from this site.
Appointments
Patients are seen Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Call (919) 467-4500 to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform the office as soon as possible.
Occasionally we use eyedrops during your examination. They may briefly blur your vision (especially close range) and make your eyes sensitive to light.
Emergencies
If you have an urgent situation, please call the office immediately at (919) 467-4500.
