Your first visit
Our office is located at the Cary Medical Center, 105 SW Cary Parkway in Cary. Please check the directions on how to find us.
To make your first visit easier, you may want to fill out the Patient Information sheet and the Authorization to Release Information to a Health Care Provider at home. You can download these forms in PDF format from this site.

Appointments
Patients are seen Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Call (919) 467-4500 to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform the office as soon as possible.
Occasionally we use eyedrops during your examination. They may briefly blur your vision (especially close range) and make your eyes sensitive to light.
Emergencies
If you have an urgent situation, please call the office immediately at (919) 467-4500.

If you have any questions regarding the treatment you are receiving or about the different services Wake Ophthalmology provides, please give us a call and we will be happy to mail you some brochures. In time, these brochures will also become available at this site for download.
