on contact lenses
Our contact lens department can be reached by phone at 919-467-1800 (optical shop) or by e-mail. If you want them shipped directly to you, please call in payment information to Optical Shop. A shipping fee may be required for orders mailed from the office or direct ship orders. If you want to pick up your contacts at our office, we will call you when they arrive and payment can be made when you pick up the lenses.
Turnaround time for contact lens orders does vary by both product and the current volume of orders being processed. Please inquire at the time of your order for specific information about expected turnaround time. In most cases, expedited orders are available for an additional surcharge.
